Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
- Each product’s dispatch time (Ready to Dispatch or Pre‑Order) is mentioned on the product page.
- Ready to Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Pre‑Order: Orders are usually dispatched within 10–12 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- If an order contains both Ready to Dispatch and Pre‑Order items, the order may be shipped together based on the longest processing time, unless we decide to part‑ship.
2. Delivery timelines
- After dispatch, deliveries within India typically take 2–3 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.
- For international orders, delivery time varies by country and customs process, usually between 6–12 days after dispatch.
- These timelines are estimates. Delays due to courier operations, weather, strikes, local restrictions, customs or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will support you in tracking the shipment.
3. Shipping partners & charges
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and logistics providers.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown on the checkout page before you make payment.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on order value, location or active offers.
4. Order tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
- You can use this tracking link to check the latest status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
- If tracking is not updated for more than 48 hours, you can contact us and we will coordinate with the courier.
5. Address accuracy & delivery attempts
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated non‑availability, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping, if allowed, may incur additional shipping charges.
6. International shipments (if enabled)
- Customs duties, import taxes or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the local authorities or courier as per the rules of the destination country.
- We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by customs processes.
7. Lost, delayed or tampered shipments
- If your parcel appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately with photos if possible.
- In case of a lost or excessively delayed shipment, we will raise a complaint with the courier and update you on the outcome. Reshipment or refund, if any, will depend on the courier’s investigation and our internal verification.
