Returns & Refund Policy
1. General policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, colour variation due to screen settings, or dislike of fabric/fit.
- Every item is carefully inspected by our quality team before dispatch.
2. Damaged or wrong product received
- If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email info@savyoutfit.com with:
- Your Order ID, and
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel from the sealed outer packet to the point where the issue (damage/wrong item) is clearly visible.
- Photos or partial videos alone are not considered valid proof.
- After reviewing the video, our team will decide whether the claim is approved and inform you of the next steps (replacement, store credit, or refund in exceptional cases).
3. Missing items
- If any item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a full, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the parcel and contents.
- Claims without complete video proof, or raised after 24 hours, may be rejected.
4. Conditions for eligibility
A claim for damage/missing items may be considered only when:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packing.
- The unboxing video shows the outer label, sealed packaging, and the issue clearly, without cuts or edits.
- The issue is confirmed by our team as a genuine packing or transit issue.
We reserve the right to reject claims where the video is incomplete, altered, or does not clearly show the problem.
5. Refunds (if approved)
- Refunds are not routine and are processed only in rare, approved cases (for example, if a replacement is not possible for a verified damage/wrong item).
- When a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) as per the timelines of the payment gateway and your bank.
- Any convenience or gateway charges may be non‑refundable depending on the payment provider’s rules.
- You will be notified by email/WhatsApp when the refund is initiated from our side.
6. No refunds in these cases
Refunds will not be provided when:
- There is no valid unboxing video, or the video is edited/unclear.
- The complaint is raised after the specified time window.
- The product shows signs of use, wear, perfume, stains or damage not present in the unboxing video.
- The issue is related only to personal preference (fit, colour, style, etc.) where the product matches the description and size chart.
