  • We sell women’s clothing and related products as displayed on the website. Colours, prints and textures may look slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.
  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on the product or checkout page.
  • Prices, offers and availability of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability; orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email/WhatsApp with your order details.
  • This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your request; we reserve the right to accept or cancel an order in cases such as stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious/fraudulent activity, or incomplete information.
  • If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to banking/payment‑gateway timelines.

5. Payments & Razorpay

  • We use trusted third‑party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process online payments securely.
  • Available options may include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets and other Razorpay‑supported methods.
  • By providing your payment information, you authorise Razorpay and our other payment partners to process, verify and complete the transaction.
  • Sensitive payment details (card numbers, CVV, etc.) are collected and processed directly by the payment gateway; these are not stored on our servers.
  • In case of payment failure, please check with your bank/payment provider. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are mentioned on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.
  • “Ready to Dispatch” products are usually dispatched within 24 hours; “Pre‑Order” products are dispatched within 10–12 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier and destination; delays caused by courier operations, weather, local restrictions or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility, though we will help you track your shipment.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as each product is checked by our quality team before dispatch.
  • For damage or missing‑item issues, you must follow the steps mentioned in our Return Policy, including providing a continuous, unedited unboxing video from opening the parcel to showing the issue. Claims without this proof may be rejected.
  • Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We do not offer routine refunds. In rare approved cases (for example, when a verified error is from our side), we may issue a refund or alternative resolution at our sole discretion.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (name, address, phone, email, etc.) when placing orders or creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.
